Deja Moo - hilarious. And anything by Dorothy Parker is always welcome.

I laughed at the Dorothy Parker quote :)

I loved no. 9 - so very very true.

As always, I so enjoyed, Count Sneaky. Though I confess I missed the bang-on poetry of Mr. Sledgehammer and seeing Strutz looking all comfy cozy.

Hi Henry,
Another terrific list you have submitted. You do bring such delight.
"Déjà Moo" perfect. I remember talking to these Spanish folks. Every time I finished a sentence, they yelled 'ole'. I inquired why they kept saying 'ole'. 'Senor, that's what we say when the 'bull' comes out.' :-)
Have a peaceful and pleasant weekend.
Kind wishes, Gary.

Great avice

The best friend you can ever have is the one that will run off with your bad wife.

Live within half as much of your means… and you’ll be evicted next month.

3. Remember: The Taj Mahal took 22 years to build...Disneyland took one year...
Disneyland was not build by Union workers.

4. Don't hitch your wagon to a star...after the wheels have fallen off.
Unless it is someone ease wagon.

6. Politeness will pave your way in life...as well as fill in the potholes.
So will asphalt.

10. The time between dusk and dawn can make the rest of the day worthwhile
With your wife

And bring on the food I need a good laugh.

Have a great week after.

Fran: Thanks. Dorothy Parker is one of my favorite writers and there will be much more of Dorothy.
Talon: We do tend to spend far too much time on the"BIG" things, don't we? Talked with Sturdley about some more of his doggerel today and he delivered one of his (sic) better ones. Stutz the Cat promised to get back to me. Sometimes he does...sometimes he doesn't. That's a cat for you.
Klahanie: Thanks, my only desire is to bring a smile or little delight and only occasionally a guffaw. OLE! Ariba toro! My best.
Ellis: Thanks, and believe me, if I could, I would lay out a spread of food for my readers. I hope I can at least provide a few laughs.

"Déjà Moo" made me laugh out loud. I'm gonna have to use that on Cassy next time she says something I don't like. On second thoughts, perhaps not. I don't want her to kill me. She can be scary when she's mad. :P
